The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, New Era Cap, Ross Stores, Whatnot, eBay, or any other company or brand depicted or mentioned in connection with the Sweepstakes unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on:

4. How to Enter

and complete the entry form by providing:

Valid email address
Required eligibility/rules acknowledgment
Submit the completed form during the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Sweepstakes.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase, subscribing to a channel, liking a video, following a social-media account, or otherwise engaging with Sponsor's commercial activities will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
Incomplete, automated, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

Prize is awarded “as is” without warranties from Sponsor except as required by applicable law.
No cash substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs to deliver the prize to an eligible U.S. address.
Winner is responsible for any taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize except where prohibited by law.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
Following the end of the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted with their entry.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided during entry.
The potential winner must respond within [72 hours] of the notification being sent and may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize.
If a potential winner:
cannot be contacted;
fails to respond within the required period;
is determined to be ineligible; or
fails to satisfy these Official Rules,
the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
A potential winner is not an official winner until eligibility has been verified.
8. YouTube Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube.
By entering, each entrant agrees to release YouTube from any and all liability related to this Sweepstakes.
Entries and participation must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines. Entries that violate those guidelines will be disqualified.
This language is particularly important because YouTube specifically requires Official Rules to link its Community Guidelines, provide for disqualification of noncompliant entries, identify YouTube as not being the sponsor, and require entrants to release YouTube from liability.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any individual who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits fraudulent or automated entries, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.
If circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control prevent the Sweepstakes from being conducted as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if appropriate, select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected action.
Sponsor will administer the Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such limitation or release is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used to:
administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, select and contact the winner, deliver the prize, prevent fraud or duplicate entries, maintain records relating to the promotion, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Entrants are not required to consent to marketing emails to enter or win.
If an entrant separately checks the optional marketing consent box, Sponsor may also use the entrant's email address to send HustlerHacks news, content updates, giveaways, product announcements, promotions, and other marketing communications. Marketing recipients may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in those emails.
YouTube requires your Official Rules to contain a legally compliant privacy notice explaining how information collected for the promotion will be used—and requires you to actually adhere to that disclosed use.
12. Governing Law
Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
13. Winner Information
For the name of the winner, send a request to:

Sponsor may provide the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence, subject to applicable law.
